Honestly I am not a TikTok-er, and weight loss trends are just that. Trends that usually don’t last long. But the information about resistant starch was interesting.

I agree. But some trends come from a long time ago and are revived through TikTok. I told my grandma I was going this and she said in the islands when she was young they used to do this if a kid had a sick stomach.

Do you cook it fresh every day? or just save it and drink it daily until you run out and then make more?
