This is my fixation meal. It’s not really a “meal” per se, but I make a point to eat blueberries every single day. From antioxidants to fiber, blueberries are truly THAT girl when it comes to keeping us healthy.
Blueberries are beneficial for fertility due to their antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. And as a health coach who works intimately with blood sugar, I must mention that they aid in blood sugar management with their low glycemic index, fiber content, and ability to improve insulin sensitivity. And if that weren’t enough, when it comes to gut health, blueberries act as prebiotics, reduce inflammation, and contain polyphenols that promote beneficial gut bacteria.
Adding blueberries to your diet is a health flex we should all aspire to—and we can because eating blueberries is easy with recipes like this.
This Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bowl is creamy, sweet, and delicious, but it boasts gut healing benefits from the kefir and blueberries, blood sugar benefits from the cottage cheese and blueberries, and flavor because you wouldn’t want to eat it otherwise!
This is my fixation meal, and it’s about to be yours!
