While not official, we are in the dog days of summer, which means cold things on repeat. But not just any “cold” thing—these Creamy Grape and Hibiscus Rose Popsicles.
In the summer, when we are hot and sweaty, we may not feel like eating, but that doesn’t mean our bodies don’t have needs. In fact, low blood sugar is a concern in the summer when we may eat less and move/sweat more…and this is where these popsicles come in!
They are not just any popsicle; they’re low in sugar, high in protein and fat, but they still taste sweet and delicious.
